Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.
If your order includes a personalized item or there is an unexpected delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Packages

Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll assist in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
